Lilypie 2nd Birthday Ticker

A little pampering…

April 2, 2007

Yes! Yes! Yes! I finally went for spa on Saturday. Long overdue Birthday and Valentine’s gift from hubby (was in confinement that time). It really feels GREAT to be pampered again…ahhh…I wish I can do this every month.

We deposit Zoe with Auntie Sim (Zoe’s nanny) on Sat morning. Thanks to the nanny for willing to take care of Zoe for the day (without charge somemore emoticon), while both of us escape to our little sanctuary at Palace of the Golden Horses.

The Jojobali spa is new there and was located at a nice corner of the resort facing a man made waterfall, which is quite huge and quite impressive. It gave us a feeling that we are far away somewhere on holiday, just like when there were only the two of us emoticon.

We booked the treatment by using our credit card privileges (Citibank) and got some really good deals - RM220 for 175 mins treatment for 2 person inclusive of body scrub, aromatherapy massage and eye pillow treatment. I found that the massage works more effectively after the body scrub - really feels refreshing after the scrub and the skin is soooo smooth after that. I can see hubby looks fairer after the scrub too..kekeke…

The massage is nice but it still cannot compete with the Balinese massage I had in Layan Beach Resort, Phuket. The therapist’s skill there is one of the best and I came out feeling really new and refreshed!

I really love spa and now I am wondering when is my next indulgence emoticon
