Why so stone!?

April 11, 2007

emoticon Huu…Huu….

I am not well cause recently been diagnosed that I have gall bladder stone.

Actually, I have been suffering from regular abdominal and back pain since mid February. At first, I thot it is just some minor back pain caused by carrying Zoe too much. Later, it developed into abdominal pain and I thot I had gastric or maybe lactose intolerant cause I had all the similar symptoms. I have been to the GP for so many times, almost every week, told them all my symtoms and even did a full body check and none of them able to tell me my real problem and just gave me some gastic medication.

Last Friday, I had the pain attack again in office and I decided to go to the hospital straight to seek the help from a specialist. She examined me and told me to stay overnight at the hospital cause she said I don’t looked like I am suffering from normal gastric. She said, "You can’t even sit or walk straight! I am sending you for an X-Ray, Ultrasound scan and you have to be admitted today for an endoscopy tomorrow. It is better to get to the bottom of the problem".

Later, when she gather the full results, she came back, "How come you did a full body check and your GP did not tell you your xyz reading is so high, you got gall bladder stone! I advise that you get schedule for a minor surgery to remove it soon". I am really stoned!!!

I will be seeing the doctor again in 2 weeks time. At the moment, she has given me some medications and antibiotics to take. The antibiotics is causing rashes on my back…haihhhhh

I am also moving house end of this month…double sighhhh…so much to do…

Really pray that I will sail through this storm…

My caaarrrrr……..

Ok, I am just gonna rant here and let go…we cannot turn back the time.

Yesterday, my hubby and his colleague came to KLCC for a seminar. While passing the main entrance of Suria KLCC, the car in front stop and out of a sudden reverse and bang onto the front of my car. The excuse given by the lady driver is she do not know where is Tower 1 and was trying to get the guard to help her (try to drive towards the guard).

  • What kind of excuse is this!!!??? She thinks she is the only car on the road ka? Simply reverse without looking!
  • I wonder whether she know how to drive! Kopi-O license ka??!!
  • Why don’t you just ram into one of the tower and straight ask the reception counter ppl…never see ppl so stu*** before!
  • !^%$#@#*!

My car is dented in front, bumper crack at the side, front light went in and paint came off. I want her to fix everything!!! cause she is obviously 100% wrong!!

Mechanic said if fix everything will cost RM1k++ and she need to claim insurance. What the !@%^&!*$!!!!!

She can drive a bigger car than me and cannot afford the RM1k++
Oi! If claim insurance, I will be without a car for at least 3 weeks and I am preggy ma’am and sick! You freaking B****!! is causing me lots of trouble because you dunno how to drive a stupid car!!!!
She is lucky I am not at the scene…else I am gonna shout at her on top of my weak lung, squeeze her into a tiny ball and kick her into eternity forever and ever..Amen!
(This is to make sure she does not cause more trouble on the road anymore)

At last, my nice and gentleman hubby agree to just do a much scale down fixing that cost her RM300++, which she can afford. Also because we can still have our car back in hopefully a day.
Oi lady! Salary is out already and your salary is mine this month because of your incompetence in driving a car!!!

She took my hubby to her mechanic somewhere in Ulu Klang…so damn far! and cost my hubby RM16 to take a cab back to his office (Oi lady! r u gonna pay for this!!?). Apparently, she seem to know the mechanic well…not suprising to me! maybe she need to fix someone’s car every 2 weeks or so…

Sigh…knowing me well, my hubby did not call me to the scene as I am only upstairs in 47th flr Tower 2. Else, I will be creating a scene there bigger than the protest nearby emoticon Next day headline "Distress preggy beat-up kopi-o license women"

Living under the same roof

April 27, 2006

The conversation this morning in the LRT with my colleague spark me to write this post. We relate quite well to each other as both of us have the privilege to stay with our in-laws. She is staying with her PIL (Parents-in-law) and SIL (Sister-in-law), while I am staying with my SIL. The common thing about both of us is not only just the above, we found out that we studied in the same college. Both of us likes to cook, keep our home clean and cherish our privacy/freedom according to our own standard. We talked about our experiences with in-laws sometimes, and at times I really think that she goes through much more for the sake of staying together. She faces situations both from the elder and younger in-laws, while I only have to deal with a younger in-law.

It is not easy. Yet, she tolerated and always try to see things from her in-laws point of view. She goes to her mom’s place every weekend, I guess it is a form of weekend escapes for her.

I really run out of words to express our similar experiences staying with out in-laws. If only I know how to compose a song, I want to write a song…

Living under the same roof

The fridge is stuffed full
The washing machine is over-used
Ohh…i wanna get rid of this monday blues
But we r living under the same roof…

Please, please…keep your books
Your stuff in your own room
Ohh…why am I unusually bothered with your every look
Cause we r living under the same roof?…

Dun tell me I dunno how to use the broom
I can clean and sweep my own room
Ohh…don’t blame me if stray hairs on the loose
We r living under the same roof…

When you hear the thunder boom!
Please take in the clothes cause rain gonna loom
Ohh…close all windows, our house are not waterproof!
Help! We r living under the same roof…

Petty case! All this not gonna cause world doom
But I whine like a fool and loose my cool
All…Because…
We r living under the same roof…

All…Because…
We r living under the same roof…
